Refund Policy

At DrinkWise, we take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if you receive:
- An incorrect product
- An expired product
- A damaged product
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@drinkwise.co.in with your order number and clear photographs of the product.
Once our team reviews the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
